FAQ wellness for women, physical therapy for women

We are out of network with all health insurance carriers including Medicare. We are happy to provide a superbill, at your request, for you to submit for reimbursement from your out-of-network benefits for physical therapy for women.

Option 1- We have office openings 1 day a week at Parasol Wellness Collaborative in Maple Grove.

Option 2- We provide limited mobile visits to the west side of the Twin Cities Metro. However, we are at times able to travel further, but a travel fee may apply. 

• If in our office space, we will meet you in the lobby of the Parasol Wellness Collaborative suite. 
• If we come to you, typically this is in someone's home but maybe their gym or office.
• Please provide a clear space where we can set up a treatment table and other tools.
• A typical visit is 60-90 minutes in length, the first visit is usually longer. 
• The amount of visits you will need is determined once a thorough evaluation is performed.

Minnesota has direct access, which means you do not need a physical therapy order for physical therapy for women. We do send our plan of care to your preferred physician who can sign off on the plan or is aware of your physical therapy plan of care. Wellness for women does not require any sort of physician order. 

Yes, we do offer packaged sessions for physical therapy for women and wellness for women.
